Replacing i3 Processor

Hello, I currently have a dual core 2.4 GHz i3-7100u, and I was wondering if I would be able to upgrade to a better processor. I was wondering if the i3-7100 3.9 GHz would work in the same socket. That mobile CPU is BGA(soldered to the motherboard), so it can't really be replaced.
