Replacing motherboard, CPU and ram, I have a few questions

As the title says i'm swapping my CPU, motherboard and ram and have a few questions about the switch. I'm going to do a completely fresh install of windows with a new key but i'm not sure if i'm supposed to delete my old version from my ssd before making the switch? If i should delete the old version it'll obviously have to be the last thing I do on this setup and i'm not sure how to do it in general. I'm also confused about what I can and cannot leave on both my ssd and hdd? Can I leave my graphics card driver and games installed on my ssd and hdd or should I delete everything?

You can choose to delete all existing partitions at the beginning of a Windows installation in the options there. Windows will create the new partitions it needs and the installation will proceed smoothly.

what about my other stuff though games, programs, drivers, ect. will my wifi usb just work when plugged into the new motherboard?
