Replacing MSI H170A Gaming Pro Mobo

I need to replace my MSI H170A Gaming Pro Motherboard, but am having trouble finding any that are not used or refurbished.

Without knowing all the other components, is there a way to compare motherboard equivalency?

i.e. Is there a motherboard out there that I know will work with my rig because the rig works with an H170A Gaming Pro? If so, does anyone have any suggestions?

H270 is just the name for the chipset.
