Replacing my P8Z68-V ProGen3 with an ASRock Z77 Extreme4

I'm pretty sure if should be an easy swap... right? Will be pretty much the same performance? I'm running an i7-2600k.

I would like to upgrade everything, but just don't have the cash right now.

Actually, I might go with ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE instead. Refurb ones go for $140 on Newegg. Seller has a good rep it seems.
