Question Replacing ThinkPad 6th Gen X Carbon

I am looking for suggestions to replace my wife's 2019 6th Gen Carbon. We bought the least expensive configuration and that was a mistake. Her work needs are relatively simple, runs very few programs, but often has to run 3-4 Browsers simultaneously each with many tabs open.

I would appreciate and thoughts on the best model for her

Could you pass on the SKU to your Lenovo Thinkpad 6th Gen X1 Carbon? How much ram does the existing laptop have? 8GB? Seems like the ram is soldered onto the motherboard for your laptop, please stylize your follow-up post or your initial post akin to this questionnaire.
