my laptop is acer aspire 5738G. i buy tv tuner intex tv tuner USB2.0...BUT i driver is not instal...how i install...after istallation..tere are written..windows encounter..what means..?

Be specific with the error message - Are you installing from a CD or downloading the installation from a site, and what site ?
Is the driver missing, or is there but does not install ?

Look in device manager for "other device" errors.
Off hand, I would say the driver is not for Vista.
