It's probably Atom N280 powered, or perhaps the next version Atom with on-chip GPU & memory controller.
Price would only be justified if it was the next version. Otherwise, without keyboard the device should cost around $299 if it has the standard 1024x600 screen reso.

Cool part it's like a giant iPod Touch... it will have multi-touch and will hopefully last in the 10hrs battery life, I'm just curious about the OS and the final price...

It probably has the same power as a ipod too haha.

WOW... I thought the entire purpose of the eee netbook was to be a cheap and durable (and maybe disposable) tool to do basic computing tasks such as accessing networks like the internet for light tasks... this completely defeats the purpose of the netbook.

I could get a quad core laptop for $800 by the time this thing goes on sale.

And btw, I read this same stuff on OCC like 4 hours ago hehe, guess that's where Jane got this :p
