Well have a look at this article, may be it is a temporary stop in development of MeeGo.

Hey. I just checked out that link and found it of some interest,but I would have to point out though that they maybe just sucking up to complaints just to keep a little more of a low key approach 😉 while they do not go ahead with what Wsh I Was Wealthy's post had up and that was the demolition derby known as MeeGo. :lol:

I always gaped in awe at Nokia hardware...
FM Tuner/Transmitter
High end camera functionality
GPS goodies, etc. etc.
But the software... Well, maybe if they had marketed themselves as an ultra-high end feature phone instead of a smart-phone they would have done well...

I still miss my Nokia 1100 and it's built-in flashlight... Flashlight apps just are not the same...
