Report: Microsoft Shut HTC Out of Windows 8 Development

WP and Windows 8 are not the same product, I am happily using WP7 and I love it to bits, but don't see a reason to upgrade the PC to Windows 8 any time soon

In other news, this is about Windows RT(arm) and no one actually cares. If HTC wants to make an x86 tablet, I don't think microsoft can stop them.
