Report: Steam Has a Monopoly Over PC Gaming

steam is a big fail and not needed i am willing to put my disc in pc and imstall game not every one needs there storage.and they will never have dedicated server they only know how to use the customer to host online games sad what is steam ?? can somebody explain why we must have steam?tell me 1 good reason a real one pls.

I'm quite happy to use steam. They off some top deals, really cheap games.

Just wish they'd offer some sort of technical support. Often older games don't work properly and means you have to spend hours trawling through internet forums looking for a fix before you can play.
