So hello, i've got this problem

I bought a mobo and cpu for about $130
It was ASUS M5A97 Pro rev 1.01 and AMD FX6300

So i hooked everything up, started the pc, but the GPU wasn't moving
No beeps no nothing

So i noticed this solid red CPU led right next to a CPU
(i never saw this anywhere), so i start looking it up
Mostly people said that its a CPU problem, it has bent pins or it didn't sit right in the socket
Now, i looked for bent pins and there were non of them

THE BIG THING IS!

I managed to start it! I accidentally read something like "fast switching it off and on"
i did some experiments

When i start pc, everything is spinning, hard drives, CPU, PSU, but not the GPU!
But i noticed when i switch it off (by PSU), the GPU moves a bit!!

So i remembered that fast off and on

1. Turn the PC on
2. Pull the psu switch off, until red led is off
3. Pull the switch fast ON, and GPU moves a bit
4. Then red led blinks twice or three times and GPU starts moving and it finally gives me the beep and boots into windows

now i know this sounds weird, i actually made a video for you guys to see waht's going on
Here's the link:

I even updated mobo bios, with latest one

Now this is very weird, like something is blocking CPU from reading on..

I never knew what this red led was, but when i start it ok, i goes through CPU, then memory, then GPU and then bios

It's like a little check mark, like, yeah CPU is alright, memory's fine, yup, GPU rocks, bios okay.. and then its windows...

I have no clue..

Maybe something electrical? Capacitors or something?

Here's a video from another angle:

I tried with diferent cpu, different gpu and rams
status quo

I have :
FX 6100 (turns out dude sent me wrong one)
ASUS M5A97 pro
R7 360 2gb ddr5 oc by gigabyte
2x4 Ballistix ram working on 1600mhz

i had to repost guys, i want this to be fixed!

Im saying that in case of bios is corrupted/broken try older version of bios(older from that you updated latest, soo if you updated 1.0, try 0.9) but it may not support the newer cpu.
imagine this, bios A supports only product A(older bios), but bios B support product A and B(new bios).
Ram doesn't matter as gpu only CPU.
