Hi guys. I'm new, here at TH and WC-ing.

Will it be okay to put a XSPC dual bay reservoir at the bottom of the case. I mean, with gravity and all the rads (120+240) will be above it, when filling the loop, will the water that went up, come down and overflow the reservoir?

In case you guys are wondering:
- How? I modded the 3.5" bay to fit the dual 5.25"
- Why? I am using a tight and small mATX case which has no ODD bay
- Why 2 rads? Future upgrade; adding a GPU

This PICTURE will explain my config

Thanks so much for any inputs!

There isn't an issue of 'overflow', that isn't really how a loop works. In a working loop, gravity doesn't play a part in how flow moves.

The biggest issue here is that when filling and priming your loop, your pump is likely above your reservoir which means you are likely going to have problems with airlock and risk of the pump not drawing water correctly for flow. Is this correct - that the pump will be higher than the reservoir?

Hey rubix, thanks for the reply! :wahoo: anyway, actually I am using the RES/PUMP/COMBO from XSPC. The D5 dual bay reservoir + pump. So I guess, No? The pump is not above or below the res, it's with the res, behind it. So, will that pose a problem?
