I have an MSI H81m-e34 motherboard and there is no display in my bios. When I boot to windows there is video output. I've been looking around and can't find a hotkey to reset it to default. I'm wondering if there is a key (Like F4 or something) that can reset my board to its default.

The BIOS settings on the Motherboard are read of the CMOS battery.
Here's what they look like:http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=168858&d=1397073649
To reset your BIOS settings, remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds, and then place it back in.

Try spamming 'F2' and the 'delete' (Not backspace) when booting up your computer to get to the BIOS.
