Question Reset password - Asus Vivobook

Device : Asus Vivobook
Os : Windows 11
Forgot my login pin. Tried to reset password using forgot pin option, then I realised I forgot the Microsoft Outlook password too and I no longer have that mail id. So couldn't go with this option. Tried to reset pc using advanced recovery option. Here there are two options 1) keep my files 2) delete all files. When I choose keep my files it takes me to yet another page asking for a recovery key which I don't even know what it is. The second option simply says there was an error resetting the pc. It's been two days I have tried many things like manage-bde commands to get recovery key, but it shows only ID and no password. Can someone please help me cause I'm kind of a noob in these areas
