Reset PC But still files in ssds

My pc wasnt running very well, so I decided to reset it and after I decided to go install basic programs, steam being one of them, but it wont let me create libraries, then I go look in file explorer and discover that there are still all my games and programs in the ssds? How to I fix this??? Because I want a totally fresh start.

Hi, do you own both an SSD and a HDD? When you clean install Windows, you have to make sure to select the "Custom" option when it asks which type of installation you want in order to delete each partition and select on which drive to install the boot/system partition.

If you do a Windows 10 Reset it gives you an option to keep or remove your files, you likely said Keep (or the files are on another drive). So you're going to need to do it again and make sure you pick remove.
