Hi.
Just received my router AsusRt-Ac66u_B1.
Everything is working well except the router time is 1 hour ahead of my local PC time. It's a little annoying selecting the schedule time to turn off the Router.

How can I set the router time clock with my local PC time?
Time zones both match "Eastern Standard Time".

Thanks TC.

BTW: I see the Reboot button at the top of the GUI, not sure if this will correct the problem, I do not want to reset the router and wipe all my saved credentials.

Solution

Do you have DST set to automatically or manually adjust? If manually, be sure it is set correctly.

Rebooting the router (vs resetting) won't wipe your settings as long as any changes are saved.

@BuddhaSKoota. You were right my Timezone settings were screwed up. Fixed it and now OK.
@jsmithepa. Did a little poking around with this router, and there is a Upload/Restore option to a file in the Admin menu.

Bingo.

Nice to have before you go make any major changes. Unhappy with what u did? worse than before? simply restore SAVED config.
