As title says, i'm getting this error which also causes windows 10 hangs for minutes.

I've very well searched issue and what i have done so far:

- No raid driver installed for sure
- link state manegement is off
- aggressive link management on/off (at bios)
- installed both standart and intel ahci driver
- No antivirus, malware or firewall. Even defender is disabled.
- sfc /scannow, chkdsk with every option
- bios sata mode ahci
- All drivers updated.

Also this problem comes mostly with additional error, generally, some service or app(totally random) fail to start due to timeout (30000ms) and just after this reset to device warning appears.

Only thing is not tried is fresh installing windows 10. But i want to save this options as a last resort.

Specs:

Asrock extreme4 z77
ocz vertex3 SSD
i5 3770k
windows 10 64bit pro.

- Yes it is on high power of course.
- Nope did not tried with the new cable yet.
- Actually it is on SATA3_0 Port as bios says. But it is the first port so, yes. (ps: no other driver installed only ocz ssd).
