I think I'm going to reset my CMOS settings to see if it resovles my problems.. But From the book, it tells me how to do it, but it also says diconnect all power cords from the motherboard.. Does this include my restart, power buttons, ect.? I thought it meant just my power supply, so I did. Obviously that didnt work (Come on, how am I supposed to clear it without the power supply working?)
Any suggestions? Do I really have to unplug everything? I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get them back where they're supposed to be.

As I sit up in my bed looking at all the stars, I begin to wonder... WHERE THE HECK IS MY ROOF!?

No, just disconnect the power cord from your power supply. You use the jumper to short the CMOS via the on-board 3v battery.
