resetting my system

Been struggling to reset my Lenovo laptop after series of crash. It will reset up to 30% and undo all the changes to indicate system cannot reset.
Pls help

If a hard drive has actual problems, then, then usually doing a restore from a recovery partition might not help. Are you attempting a repair/save data install, or, a 'restore to factory defaults/save nothing'' install?

If you can get the system on at all run a program called jelly bean key finder https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/ <<<<you can get it here. Write down your windows product key and reinstall windows from the ground up. I'm not really sure what you mean by resetting. Do you mean you're trying to put windows on it and it's not working. Which version of Windows. What is the make and model of your laptop?
