[SOLVED] Resetting windows stuck on 96%

I am resetting windows and it has been stuck on 96 percent for 5 hours and I don’t want to hard reset just in case it breaks what do I do

If you're resetting Windows and have chosen to erase all your files and data, the process may take some time to get all the settings back to factory defaults.

We would suggest you to wait for some more time and see if it continues normally.

If it remains stuck for much longer time, you can restart the PC, and let the process continue from where it left off.
