Hello,
yes this is all fine and dandy ,BUT HOW do you go about reseting your ink level?

Not sure what kind of print you have, but check out this site for some information on how to do this!

Step 1 - Turn off your printer and unplug the USB cable and power cord.

Step 2 - Wait for two minutes and press and hold the "Paper Source," "Paper feed," and "Eject" buttons while plugging the cord into the outlet.

Step 3 - Continue to hold the buttons down and turn on the printer.

Step 4 - Count to five and release all three buttons.

Step 5 - Confirm that the display reads, "Settings" and press the down arrow button until the display reads, "Clear Counters."

Step 6 - Press the right arrow button to select the "Clear Counters" option.

Step 7 - Press the down arrow button to select "Maint Tank" and press the right arrow button to select this item.

Step 8 - Press the "Eject" or "Enter" button to save these settings.

Step 9 - Press the "Load/Eject" button to release the ink cartridges from their locked tray.

Step 10 - Open the lid for the ink compartment and lift each cartridge lock. Snap each cartridge lock closed.

Step 11 - Turn off the printer, plug the USB cable connection to the computer and turn on your printer to begin normal use.

Look at this site for more great information!
