Resident evil 6

Ok so i was playing resident evil 6 that when the bus about to fall down and zombie came to the bus and i have to shoot them , so when i finish shooting them , probably. A cutscene then a the game turn off and a message poped up said : fatal error failed open file D:/resident evil 6\nativepc\arc\DX9\e1045.arc 2... Dont know whats just happened hope you guys help me. Thanks

I downloaded it via internet i didnt buy it i just downloaded it
