Question Resizable Bar on Starfield

Hello, I have enable resizable bar on my motherboard bios which shows enabled currently. In the Nvidia Control Panel it also shows enabled. But, in the Nvidia Profile Inspector the resize bar is not available as an option in section 5 common. Also, there are some files in the Unknown portion but I do not see anything when I click on that either. Is at this point always on? Everything I see on Youtube says there should be a ReBar option but there is not, thought?

1440p, 165 Hz monitor

Wanting better frames in Starfield, asking alot should be happy at 55-60 FPS. Compared to Baldurs gate 120 FPS.

Which version of Nvidia's driver are you working with? BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?
