Resolution Problem 1366x768

I Can't see 1366x768 resolution after I formatted C:/ and reinstalled Windows...
Previously It worked fine with the same hardware, but now it's irritating, I tried Installing the Drivers for my Monitor by the CD, still no effect. Is the problem with Display adapter?

My monitor is : AOC e970swn [ https://eu.aoc.com/en/products/e970swn ]
Current Display Adapter : Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
GPU: None

Which Windows and graphics card?

Windows doesn't install complete driver package for graphics cardd. For that, go to Nvidia.com or Amd.com and download drivers.
