Resolution Problems after installing windows 10 to built pc

After building my first pc, I installed windows 10 pro on it. After installation, the resolution was set so that it was zoomed so far that I could not see the menu. In settings, the option to change the resolution was completely grey out. I am also using an integrated gpu that comes with the pentium g5500 (I am waiting for a 1050 ti to come). Lastly, I installed ubuntu to see if it would be any better but the resolution would only fit 4:3 where I could barely read a word.

try booting into safe mode. Then you may be able to get to the control panel and make adjustments.
