Resolved - Can't watch You Tube or PBS videos

Thanks for the help. Had to use the recovery disk to get laptop to work. The good is it works, the bad is it wiped out the HD, including all settings and downloads. Now it's time to start steeing up the laptop all over again.

Would never buy a computer with OS already installed because you can not repair the OS and leave all other setting the way they were.

yes you can if you had made a recovery disc upon first using the laptop!
