Question Resolving Dead Pixels

For those who have trouble with the distinction, a “dead” pixel is a single dot on your LCD screen that doesn’t light up, showing up as one or more black squares. “Stuck” pixels are stuck on a single color that doesn’t match the computer screen’s image, typically either red, green, or blue. I would like to be certain that there is absolutely nothing I can to to fix the pixels. I currently use a Dell monitor, early 2016 model.

Flash the screen a random color for some amount of time. There are website that do this such as https://www.jscreenfix.com/. However, this is not a guarantee nor a permanent fix.

What Hotaru said. It's not always possible, but it frequently can be unstuck. Not a dead one though.
