fresh assemble a PC, with GA-H170M-D3H mATX DDR4, installed windows 10 x64, all runs normal, expect the "restart" button on the case or the "restart" in windows both shuts down the PC.
I gave it 2 mins, it is definitely not trying to restart.
and after the "restart" shuts down the PC, I push the power button, the PC would appear to run for like 2 seconds(fans and all lights are up), then shuts down again, and I have to press the power button the 2nd time, then it would boot as normal.
P.S. when installing windows, normally after some minutes in, the system would restart, and then you reach to a step to input your PC names, choose language and such if I remembered correctly, but when to install win10 on this PC, the step where it needs to restart, it just shuts down completely, I waited for about 10 mins, nothing happens, so I pressed power button, and PC runs for 2 seconds, then shuts down, then I pressed power button again, it starts up, and continued with the installation process. (operates just like the above).
