restart ?

My problem is in order to restart my computer,I must do it manually.It will start and shut off with no problem.The computers overall performance is excellent,any suggestions;thank you.

You show XP Pro as your OP/SYS is that an Upgrade from your original OP/SYS, or did your computer come with that OP/SYS?

Yes,I had win98 before,however I changed hard drive and installed xp pro.

The answer had to do with driver conflict of this older WINTV card I have installed and do not use.Once I disabled the card I had no problem with restart.Thanks
