restarting again n again

sir
my laptop is restarting again n again as it was shut down during installation update

i dont have hp dvd right now what can i do for immediate solution
please provide some way out

On boot press F11 key, about once every second, until Recovery Manager opens. Try clicking System Recovery. Your PC should have a restore partition to recover or reinstall. If F11 doesnt work then look in your manual for your recovery process. The Key used has changed over time so does depend on your model.
