Restarting PC, Turns off all my HDDs

Hey there everyone.

recently i change my windows (clean installation), after the change everytime i restart my PC, during the restarting, it shuts off all my HDDs, all my HDDs goes off completely then comes back on (during the HDDs off & on, PC just shows my Mainboard Logo and waits) when all my HDDs are back on, the booting starts then windows loading and the rest...

before i change windows, it wasn't like this, restarting was just normal... didn't turn off my HDDs during the reset...

even when i shut down my PC, everything goes off including all fans except HHDs,... HDDs goes off after a while like 15 to 20 seconds...

i dont know what is happening here, if you do please tell me, and if there's a solution PLEASE HELP ME.

now im worried for my HDDs.

Im using windows 10 x64 enterprise LTSB N with the latest update...

it was the stupid Intel SATA AHCI Driver, the second i uninstall it from device manager, everything went back to normal, no more shutting off my HHDs during restating PC... Thanks for the Help... NOT.
