[SOLVED] Restore/Backup on Android phone didnt worked

I have a android phone, just did factory reset to eliminate the heat problem on android 9 pie, I did logged in to my google account on restore backup settings and I indeed saw my app data and other things backed up onto google drive, however when I did factory reset all applications are auto installed which is good, but not with my things, they are just fresh copy of their google play store, for example Google auth application did not saved my passwords and emails, I had to re-enter them one by one which was a total pain and took me nearly an hour. So what was wrong? auto-sync was on too so I do not know what was that causing this behaviour, or is this normal?

By definition, Factory Restore/Reset returns your phone to how it was when you bought it, before anything was added or updated. That's normal behaviour.

Nothing is wrong here factory reset worked properly and restart your machine to the way it came out of the factory as stated above
