Restoring fresh while keeping some stuff

Is there a way that I could restore Vista to where it's like it came fresh, but still have the windows suite (word, ppt, etc.), Norton antivirus, and maybe somereally big games that I don't want to download again (WOW, Team Fortress 2, etc.) Microsoft tech support is being... foreign... right now.

reinstall everything else using an uninstaller that sweeps for leftovers such as Revo and then use CCleaner to remove junk files and Glary Utilities to clean the Registry, that's the closest u can get to a fresh install
