Restoro.exe, what is it?

This morning, my antivirus detected, there was a "restoro.exe" in my D:/Downloads. It said it might have a possible virus inside, so I wanted to delete it, but it didnt let me, saying this: Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or malware.

I need help, should I let the file be, or try to delete it?

Boot into safe mode and see if you can remove it. Also check to see if there is a similarly named process running in the background that may prevent the application from being deleted. If so, disable that process, prevent it from starting on a reboot and then you should be able to remove the file.

A Google search of Restoro.exe appears to show it as a PC Repair application.
