Question Retail Win 10 Pro install

Newbie question: Does it matter which USB port a retail Win 10 install thumb should be plugged into to load onto a new build: the rear MOBO USB port or front panel USB port ?

Nope. All usb ports will work for this task. Id advise a blue usb 3 port for a faster install.
