Hello
I had to do a packard bell recovery management on last thursday.
Step 2 - reload operating system, retain user data, and i did the cd's as well.
Lost all my windowslive mail. Had a small brainwave on Wednesday, looked on the cd2, found windows live , copied the two files there onto the harddrive, used recuva.com too recover all mail. and it worked.
Small problem, it recovered the deleted items no problem, but there is a lot of 'unknown' mail and corrupted mail still, which could be the mail i'm looking for, is there another program that i can use, to 'decode' the 'unknown' mail and thereby retrieving all the important stuff?
