Question Retro board fan spins lights on board and mouse and keyboards

My motherboard is ECS KN1SLI EXTREME i got this unused in the box at a local market last month.I tried it i just got flashing lights on the board.I got some new CMOS battery s put one in the board.Heatsink Fan spinning ,lights on the board.I put a speaker on the board no Ram was in it but no bleeps. I also had a PC BIOS POST Testing/Diagnostics it lites up but showed nothing on there ,it does work with another board.The AGP is working as i use it on other boards.Nothing on the monitor .

You might want to have at least one stick of ram on the board, apart from the processor.

Yes i know i was not exspecting it to work.Have you any ideas why i can,t get something on the Monitor?
