Returns with 14 days new Graphics card - UK only

I bought a graphics card from an online retailer. I would like to return it and it is within 14 days since I received the goods.

Does the 14 day return period given by law apply to graphics cards given that a) I have started to use the graphics card in my computer b) I indicated by email to the retailer that I was happy with the product. c) It is working perfectly.

This is the first time I have done something like this as I like to avoid aggro but I am now sufficiently unhappy with the purchase to want to return it.
