[SOLVED] Reusing External Hard Drive for Storage After Using It as Boot Media

I couldn't find my USB stick, so I used my brand new 2 TB WD "My Passport" external hard drive to to install Windows on my newly-built rig. Now I need to use it again for its original purpose, storage, but the properties show its 2 TB to have been spontaneously reduced to 32 GB! Cue massive panic attack... is my drive reusable? I can't afford to buy a new one of that capacity - did I screw up horribly?

Disk Management, delete ALL existing partition.
Reformat as NTFS
