Revert to an older version of bios

Can i revert to an older version of bios
For example:version f10 to f7
I want to revert to an older version because this version cause my motherboard to boot more slowly then usually.

My motherboard is ga-ma74gmt s2

You can flash your bios to older one like you flash to new one.

Are you sure your bios cause to boot slowly? Is it stuck in bios screen? Or windows boot slowly?

the trantition from the black screen right after I hit the turn on button to the bios screen

but now I can from the latest version to the first version the whole computer boot super fast except the trantition from the black screen right after I hit the turn on button to the bios screen

Thats nothing so serious. Its on mine mobo too. Every mobo has different bios start time. I contacted to gigabyte care and they said its normal.

My 7 years old mobo bios start faster than my new one.

you cant always downgrade a BIOS to a previous version. For instance Intel boards like my dh67bl when flashed with BIOS version 0151 cannot be reverted back to older 0132 etc because of structural BIOS changes....before attempting the downgrade go through the BIOS update document and if it allows for a future downgrade then only attempt it
