Then look at the 13700K / 13700KF.

How glued to the aesthetics are you? You could spend less on the aesthetics and end up with a 4080 / 4090 instead of a 4070 ti super. Contemplate the below builds:

Do not attach yourself to corporations, they do not care about you. Just buy what is best and in your budget.

Agree completely. Right now the 7800x3d is the gaming king, and AM5 gives you an upgrade path, where as Intel currently does not. I also see a good deal of overspending in this.

AMD build, keeping your visual theme but with less expensive components. You get a faster GPU, for less money too.

No, no. The 13th gen i7 is lame. It's the one place the 14th gen brought a significant improvement.
I dare say the 14700K is the best CPU of the 12/13/14 gen lot. The 14900K is faster but it's price and the nonsense with overboosting makes it less desirable for home and gaming use.
In my opinion anyway.

How attached are you to that Asus motherboard?
The Gigabyte Aorus Elite X WiFi 7 is cheaper and i'll be switched if i can tell in what way it's worse.
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MZ...-lga1700-motherboard-z790-aorus-elite-x-wifi7

The liquid cooler is a waste of money. It will not be neccessary at all. A number of air tower coolers will do the job, including the suggested Dark Rock Pro 5.
Alternatives are the Scythe Mugen 6, Thermalright Peerless Assasin or Phantom Spirit EVO, Noctua NH-D15. There are many.
You can still buy the custom paste if you like, but it's not neccessary.

With memory, you want lower latency (CL) for gaming. CL28, 30 or 32 are acceptable.
You can go with any kit, but watch the latency!

Samsung 990 Pro has speed and durability but that speed is not noticeable 95% of time. You could go with much much cheaper NVMe without risking too much in quality or performance.
But i don't blame you for buying quality. I would suggest you pick a smaller Samsung to be your OS drive, and use another for storage. I picked two 2Tb MP44L drives that are reliable and affordable. You can ditch one to save a bit of money.

Pick any 4070 Ti Super you like. You could opt for a RX 7900GRE and save a bit of money without losing out much on performance. QHD @ 144Hz is 7900GRE's playground.

If you really want a case like that, consider the Antec C8: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dF9wrH/antec-c8-atx-mid-tower-case-c8-wh
140mm white aRGB fans: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cL26Mp/be-quiet-light-wings-717-cfm-140-mm-fans-3-pack-bl103
(1 rear, 2 side, 3 top or bottom)
I would much rather have a Meshify or Torrent. The Torrent has far better airflow and ventilation.
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/BjqPxr/fractal-design-torrent-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-c-tor1a-01

No comment about your monitor.

you've made a few mistakes and overspent on items that don't improve quality or performance. I would recommend spending on quality. Cheap stuff just doesn't make life better.
That said, there is very little reason to avoid a decent NVMe that is not noticeably slower, or an air cooler that does the job exactly as well as a liquid cooler.

Enjoy your build. Hope the advice is useful.

The 14700k was not any improvement for gaming, and not much for production.
