I've Been Researching For The Last 2 Months & This is what I have Finally Decided.Though The Bill Is A Bit Too High From My Expectation.
I Just Wanted You All To Give It A Look Before I Order And Tell If There Is Anything That i Need To Change.
Pls,Do Advice Me About Some Other MOBO Which Is In Par With EXTREME4 But A Bit 'CHEAPER'

PS:I Expected The System To Be Around $550 But It Turned Out To Be $80 more

I changed to the 6300 instead of the i5 and a different R7 260X, which saved enough to add a case and 8gb of dual-channel ram.

I see you have done some of your research. Here is the build i suggest. If you have ANY questions whatsoever regarding the suggested build, please do no hesitate to ask :ange: I also have a question: Do you already have a case? I ask this because i see that you have not included one in your build, therefore i am also not going to include one.

10$ less and better but you still need a cpu cooler for overclocking and do you have already a case?

people stop with tier 4 psus -.-"

nothing.
i5 4670k is pretty much the best cpu for gaming you can get on the market.
only reason of my 8320 recommendation is because besides gaming the 8 cores help in editing, rendering, sculpting a lot and the price is cheaper.
that allows you to get a gtx 660 which is better than a hd 7850 in some games and apps and a tier 2 xfx psu to keep the parts safe.
you can oc the 8320 without worrying about temps. hyper 212 evo is pretty much the king of cpu coolers at it's price and can handle up to medium oc.
4.5ghz will still be stable.
quality matters o.o

you won't see much of difference even in gaming between the fx 8320 and i5 4670k with that level of graphics card (maybe intel may manage more fps but not much 6fps at max)
fx 8320 will never bottleneck even sli gtx titan black and at that price sounds tempting 😵
of course apps and games optimized for intel will do better on intel but amd has it's own as well.

i Already Have A Case!
Nyways Thanks

Yea! :)
But Isn't There any Other MOBO wHICH is say about $20-30 cheaper than Extreme4 any gives about same performance

Actually I Would Be Using My PC Only For Gaming,Watching Movies & General Stuff....!

for overclock? not really... AS Rock is a good budget motherboard maker. Further up the chain (extreme 6, Extreme 9, Fatal1ty) are even better overclocking boards, the Extreme 3 is a good board as long as you aren't doing overclocks. (but in that case, why get a K processor?), you coudl step down to a H81 or B85 motherboard, but that won't be $90 difference like the 6300 vs 4670K

If I Can Afford $633 Pc Then Should I Go with 4670K Or FX6300

then you won't have any disadvantage with fx 8320 and comes at cheaper price resulting in better gpu which will bring you lot more fps than an intel cpu.
as long as there is no bottleneck with cpu gaming is about gpu not cpu.
gtx 660 is a decent gpu that can come close to hd 7870 performance.
and again fx 8350 amd highest cpu is just an factory overclocked fx 8320. at the 8320 price there is no better cpu than it!
with evo 212 you can easily oc to 4.4 ghz for evwn higher performance.
intel is better in single threaded work while amd is better in multi threaded work.
amd are not weak cpus.
