Review my Programming PC Build - $1500 Budget

Hi all,

I'm looking to build a PC to mainly use for programming (C#, Java, etc). I've built what I think is a solid parts list, but want some feedback from more experienced minds. I would also like to use it for gaming, but won't be purchasing a graphics card for a few months at least. I am also planning to overclock in the future so will need some advice on a solid CPU cooler.

I will have to purchase an OS as well... not sure whether to stick with Windows 7 or go with Windows 8.

My budget is $1500 for now, and as you can see I need pretty much everything minus a GPU and cooler at the moment. Here's my parts list:
