Reviving GPU question

I have been purchasing bad display GPU to fix them and sell them for cheap since all I have to do is re-flaw the GPU to fix the display. I manage to fix most of them and sold them and so far none of them turned bad after how many months. Unlike baking it in a over where GPU tends to die again after few months or weeks, even days when baking it in over.

as I mention I manage to fix most of them but I never really purchase no display cards. Just once with artifacts display.

Is a no display card fixable by re-flawing or only artifact display is fixable by re-flawing.
