I want to reword this question.
What steps do I take after installing a new motherboard and gpu?

You can download all available drivers from motherboard manufacturer website.......but you may not need to install any of them. Windows includes all kinds of drivers during its installation process.

I'd certainly get the chipset driver and the NIC (Ethernet) driver.
