That's someones personal case mod, you cannot buy it, but you could duplicate it yourself if you have the skills to do so.

Each month CPU magazine features a case mod of the month and does a short article on it inside the magazine.

It seems case modding is a kinda cult following for some of the computer realm, and CPU magazine covers all the major events.
