RGB Control without Motherboard RGB Headers

To preface, here are a list of some of the parts I will be using:

• 
  MSI Z270-A Pro
  Corsair H115i
  Corsair Vengeance RGB

So here's my question:

Will I be able to control the RGB of the logo on the Corsair H115i without any RGB headers on my motherboard?

I do not think that the Z270-A Pro has any RGB headers whatsoever so I have decided to stay away from RGB fans, however I have no idea if the liquid cooler requires that type of header. I'm pretty sure I can control the lights on the RAM via Corsair's program.

Those components are controlled through software, the H115i will have a USB cable for the RGB integration.

Does it use an RGB header or is it a regular USB A plug?

Its an internal USB header. Its a microUSB to internal, so it just connects to a standard USB2.0 motherboard header.
