RGB Header in Motherboard

Hello, I recently bought a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard and it comes with a RGB Header
I want to buy the Raidmax NV-R120B RGB fans but I don't know if the RGB connection of the fans goes into that RGB header in my motherboard.
The mobo specs says: 1 x CPU cooler LED strip/RGB LED strip header. I don't know if that can also be used for the rgb of the fans.

Yes it can be used but you are going to need both a rgb & a fan splitter/extension to use more than one fan, that board has one rgb header & one fan header only.

Thank you for the quick answer.

I think the fans can be interconnected by the RGB pin, 'cause they have both male and female connector. In that case, Do I still need to buy the splitter or extension?

^ yes mate you are absomutely right, just looked at a review & thry do come with passthrough rgb splitters so 3 or 4 fans can run from the single board rgb header.

Also have molex & 3 pin fan headers for the fans themselves so if youre happy running full speed straight from the psu you're good to go.

Help! I cant locate the 12 volt pin of led_cpu. Is it from the bottom to top or top to bottom.
