On the ASUS TUF B450-plus Gaming MOBO there is one 12v 5050 RGB header rated at 3A.

I want to install the following

1. 2x corsair vengeance ddr4 2666 8gb rgb pro
2. CM MASTERLIQUID ML240L (looks like 2x rgb fan + rgb on cooler block)
3. RX 580 AORUS graphics card
4. Sharkoon tr5 case (4x rgb fan)

ram 2xrgb
cpu cooler 3xrgb
GPU 1x rgb
case 4x rgb

do i need a hub/splitter or is there another work around and will the mobo be able to handle all the rgb without burning the header?

Solution
I can't find specs on your case, usually cases with multiple fans have a control hub of sorts so check it out. Other than the fan rgb you don't really need to worry about other components that use RGB such as the GPU, RAM, etc since they draw that power from through the motherboard which is supplied by the PSU.

You can use something like this:

SilverStone PWM Fan Hub System Cables, Black (CPF04)
