Question RGB not turning on but turns on when I press the led button in my PC

I need help with this one, I have 4 fan cases and at the back there is a hub. I connected the ARGB main to the hub because my motherboard doesn't have any ARGB. It still turns on when I press LED in my PC. How do I fix this?
